  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, material management, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with Quality Control, Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
