Award-winning Human Learning Systems is seeking a dedicated Residential Advisor to join our team in Shreveport, LA. As an essential member of our community, you will provide support and guidance to students in our residential program, promoting their academic and personal growth.

In this rewarding role, you will supervise dormitory activities, monitor student progress, and utilize behavior management techniques to create a safe and predictable environment. You will also assist students in adjusting to center life, ensuring they meet required schedules and are adequately prepared for the training day.

About the Role:
- Provide safe, supportive, and predictable environments for students in dormitory supervision
- Monitor student progress in attaining performance contract goals and objectives
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid state driver's license
- CPR/First Aid certifications (within first 90 days)
