Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Custodial Associate to become part of our vibrant team in Heath, OH.


Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of custodial duties and cleaning protocols.
- Addresses routine challenges by adhering to established cleaning practices.
- Work is evaluated for overall effectiveness by the lead custodian. Operates with minimal supervision while employing appropriate safety measures and storage techniques during daily cleaning tasks.
- Shows familiarity with security protocols relevant to the assigned area.
- Monitors supply inventory and communicates requirements to the lead custodian.
- Aids the lead custodian in distributing supplies to necessary locations.
- Occasionally provides guidance on established cleaning methods to less experienced staff.
This position requires 100% onsite presence. The selected candidate will be expected to work at the designated location.
This role necessitates the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is mandatory.

Basic Qualifications:

- Experience in janitorial or custodial services.
- Capability to stand and walk for extended periods (6+ hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Strong execution, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, time management, and organizational abilities.


Typical Education & Experience:

- Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g., High School diploma/GED) and typically 1 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school/Associate).


Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Candidates must reside in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary Pay Range:

USD $34,850 - $47,150


Export Control Requirement:
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To comply, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. A "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.
