Hospitality Mixologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at the Hilton Garden Inn Beaufort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a friendly, energetic, and timely manner.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and stored.
• Greet guests warmly and take orders for drinks, utilizing your knowledge of standard ingredient recipes and portion control to craft delicious cocktails.
• Promote and document orders for drinks, accurately inputting information into our point-of-sale system.
• Attend monthly departmental meetings to stay informed about company news and initiatives.
• Work effectively and efficiently with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Communicate any challenges, guest complaints or requests to supervisors and managers in a professional and respectful manner.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including shift work, weekends, and holidays.
• Legal ability to serve alcohol in the state.
• Knowledge of state and local guidelines regarding service of alcohol.
• Previous bartending experience is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift trays of beverages or food items weighing up to 30 pounds regularly.
• High energy and interpersonal skills.
