Lititz Skilled Nursing RN Supervisor Weekday Shift

At Luthercare, we're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our skilled nursing team at Luther Acres in Lititz, PA. As an RN Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being by monitoring their overall health and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise an assigned skilled nursing area, designating tasks and providing instruction and direction in methods and techniques of nursing and resident care in accordance with established standards and procedures.

• Oversee and perform resident assessments, formulating a plan of care based on the MDS/QR assessments, diagnosis, and daily needs.

• Provide clinical expertise and oversight in the management of medical emergencies and interventions to treat and prevent further events, managing resident emergency situations following established protocols and properly documenting events.

• Order and receive medications, treatment supplies, resident care supplies, and nursing station supplies for the assigned area.

• Coordinate care with physicians, consultants, and other practitioners.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania

• Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate
