Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the front-end operations of our store. Key responsibilities include:
  • Bagging items at checkout and putting bags into carts
  • Restocking returns and retrieving carts from the parking lot
  • Vacuuming the front-end area
  • Restocking coolers and collecting trash

Responsibilities
* Review work schedule and equipment/supply requirements before each shift
* Collect trash and operate the compactor
* Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning floors and work areas
* Collect and stack carts, then push them back to the front-end of the store
* Demonstrate good customer service skills and complete other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
* Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
* Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Must be able to use or learn to use equipment and tools used to perform this job
* Must complete the introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days
* Must be able to perform all job functions safely

Physical Requirements
* Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending on business needs
* Job cycles: continual maximum
* Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
* Stand: 55%, sit: 0%, walk: 45%
