We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant II to join our team at TLC Operations, Inc. The successful candidate will provide exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with personal care needs, including skin care, bathing, feeding, toileting, and personal grooming.
- Provide quality supervision and interaction with individuals served.
- Perform CNA duties, such as taking vital signs, administering medication, and providing treatments as assigned by the DON.
- Complete medication administration training and maintain certification.
- Report concerns to the DON/CNS and follow policies and procedures.
- Strive to incorporate the philosophy and mission of the center and provide in-service training to staff as needed.
- Participate in routine and assigned housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Flex time and comply with mandate policy to ensure adequate staff coverage.
- Attend staff meetings and remain in full compliance with all required training.
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with families and staff.
- Excellent communication skills and a valid North Carolina driver's license.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts available, with varying hours to meet the needs of the individuals served and the agency.
