Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Manager/QMHP-CS to join our team at The Wood Group.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations of the facility.
  • Ensure the implementation of state standards and facility procedures.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Behavioral Health Authority to address resident concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to staff with patience, empathy, and understanding.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences (Psychology or Sociology) required.
  • Experience working with Mental Health/IDD Clients required.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License required.
  • Ability to multitask and provide exceptional customer service in a busy environment.
