Job Description
The Sales Floor Director plays a critical role in driving the success of our retail operations. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, including managing staff, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of Retail Sales Associates, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to Goodwill's standards and policies.
- Process complex sales transactions, including customer returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and support cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
