About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Tire Care Specialist to join our team at Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores. As a Tire Care Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers by providing top-notch tire care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tire Sales and Service: Sell and install tires for commercial vehicles, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, including varying weather conditions and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in tire care or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any required certifications for tire care and equipment maintenance.
