The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting our client brands in achieving their sales goals.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a deep understanding of the beauty industry. They will be responsible for representing our client brands within assigned territories, driving sales and brand awareness, and developing strong relationships with store staff and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Achieving sales goals for assigned brands.
  • Representing brands within assigned territory to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Establishing and developing strong relationships at the store level with BA's, Store Leadership, and territory DM's.
  • Educating and training store staff on brand knowledge and product demonstration.
  • Executing interactive product demonstrations.
  • Ensuring product merchandising meets company standards.
  • Providing critical feedback through survey responses.

Requirements

  • Must have beauty retail experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years experience in similar role is required.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of in-store retail environment required.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence externally and internally.
  • Must be able to motivate others and work as part of a team.
  • Must be available weekends and must be flexible to meet job objectives.
  • Beauty savvy and able to represent the company image that is both polished and professional.
  • Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
