**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the development and implementation of asset management processes, procedures, and strategies to optimize life-cycle management while balancing risk and fiscal constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize asset management initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain databases and systems to track and analyze asset performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on asset management best practices.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in asset management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with databases preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and develop innovative solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience as an Air Force Programmer and familiarity with DD1391 and validation documents.
  • Experience in a customer service, contractor environment.
  • Air Force experience preferred.
  • Experienced in the SMS System specific to the product line.
  • A background in engineering, architecture, planning, construction, or investment.
  • An existing NAC-I clearance.
  • Position may require Secret Clearance.
