Transmission Rebuilding Specialist

Job Overview:
At Precision Truck Center, we are seeking a skilled Transmission Rebuilding Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to rebuild units to proper specs, maintain accurate repair shop records, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

The primary responsibilities of this position include rebuilding Eaton/Fuller, Meritor, Mack transmissions and differentials, maintaining accurate repair shop records and paperwork, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or completion of an automotive service technician training program preferred
• Automotive Service Excellence/ASE certification or Society of Automotive Engineers/SAE certification preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills required
