Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Myers Assessment and Therapeutic Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing evidence-based behavior analytic services to assigned patients.
About the Role:
- Evidence-Based Practice: Provide individualized assessments, collect and analyze data, and develop effective behavior management programs for patients based on their unique needs.
- Supervision and Training: Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), provide ongoing training, and ensure they meet the necessary standards for client care.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the Branch Manager to coordinate flexible times for behavior consulting services and support the growth of our clinical teams.
- Paperwork and Compliance: Complete and submit all necessary paperwork for initial evaluations and reauthorizations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Specialization and Expertise: Develop expertise in one or more specialty areas, such as treatment of severe problem behaviors, ODD, or training behavior technicians and RBTs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- BCBA or BCaBA Certification
- At least 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data collection software and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $65-$75 per hour
