Job Title: Lube Technician

AAA Tidewater Virginia is seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at the Williamsburg Car Care Center. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes and lubrication services to automobiles, while working with Car Care Center personnel and company-owned fleet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform oil changes and lubrication services to automobiles.
  • Perform tire repairs and installation services to automobiles.
  • Perform minor repairs to automobiles as assigned by a Lead Tech or service writer.
  • Gain on-the-job experience in all areas of automotive repair and strive to obtain ASE Certifications.
  • Transport members in company vans to work or home.
  • Pick up parts as needed.
  • Assist upper-level technicians as needed and for experience.
  • Keep work areas clean and safe.
  • Perform various miscellaneous duties as assigned by Lead Tech or management.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Work Experience: Minimum 1 year automotive tire, lube, or general repair experience or six months of auto trade school or other formalized training program.
