Your most fulfilling moments occur when you and your colleagues successfully transition patients, ensuring they receive compassionate, high-quality, and efficient care. With a dedicated team of 150 Case Management professionals, our nurse-to-patient ratios average 1:25. You possess a natural attention to detail, ensuring thorough and prompt documentation and reporting. You quickly understand relevant regulations and standards, confidently managing challenging situations independently or escalating them when necessary. Your political acumen enables you to collaborate effectively within a large, dynamic, and evolving environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum Experience and Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • At least one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
  • Three years of experience in an acute care hospital may be considered in lieu of formal education.
Licenses and Certifications Required:
  • Current California Registered Nurse license.
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association (AHA)
