  • Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements:
  • Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Health Aide (CNA or HHA).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
