Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our team at Brothers Bar and Grill. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu and beverages, making recommendations to customers as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 19 years old.
  • Available to work up to 30 hours per week.
  • Minimum of one year experience in a bartending or mixology role.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with confidence and poise.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
