Job Overview

In this exciting role as a Commercial Mowing Foreman with Seasons Best Landscaping, you will lead a team of crew members in providing top-notch grounds maintenance services to our esteemed clients in the Greater Cincinnati area. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who can manage the entire scope of our projects, including job layout, materials, and required paperwork. As a Commercial Mowing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising a snow zone during the winter months, managing crews, locations, and quality control. Your strong communication skills and ability to develop long-term relationships with customers will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop your crew
  • Effectively communicate with customers, crew members, and management
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with our customers
  • Supervise a snow zone during the winter months, including managing crews, locations, and quality control
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience leading crews
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards
  • Proficient in driving truck and trailer
  • Must have advanced mowing equipment experience
  • Previous experience setting up commercial mowing sites, preferred
  • Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test
  • High School Diploma or GED

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills, and the ability to adapt to new software programs. They will also be self-motivated, a creative problem solver, and team-oriented. We offer a highly competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA account, company-paid life insurance, employer match 401K, paid training/continuing education programs, and ample overtime opportunities.
