Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our clinical operations team at Sinking Spring Nursing & Rehab. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and implement strategies to minimize overtime and agency personnel usage.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, mentorship, and employee development programs.
  • Make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current registered nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience, with a minimum of two years in long-term care nursing and one year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity.
  • BSN preferred.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification and RN license.
