ABA Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist to join our team, working with children on the autism spectrum to promote positive behavioral changes.

• Provide one-on-one and group ABA services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
• BUILD RAPPORT WITH CLIENTS, ASSISTING WITH DAILY ACTIVITIES AND IMPLEMENTING BEHAVIOR REDUCTION AND SKILL ACQUISITIONS BASED ON INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
• Support clients in developing essential skills like communication, sharing, self-care, and more.

• MATCH OUR TEAM'S COMMITMENT TO EMPATHY, CRITICAL THINKING, COMMUNICATION SKILLS, AND PATIENCE.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client sessions.

We offer competitive compensation, with an estimated salary range of $19-$28 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide opportunities for growth, including paid training courses and certifications in the ABA field.

This is a part-time, permanent opportunity to make a lasting impact on a child's life and their family's well-being. We require minimum 3-day consistent availability during the week (M-F) and flexibility to accommodate varying session times between 2-7pm.
