We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at our Palm Beach Gardens location. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth through effective product knowledge and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consult with customers to understand their lighting needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to become a subject matter expert in lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, and home decor.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales targets, while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the team.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous retail sales experience or related experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or currently pursuing preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
