Job Title: Staff Nurse II, Electrophysiology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse II to join our Electrophysiology team at Sutter Health. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and patient safety.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest electrophysiology procedures and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Current RN licensure in California.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification.
  • 2 years of recent relevant experience in electrophysiology or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Experience with electrophysiology procedures and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
