Position Overview

The Senior Testing Manager for PGT PQGC will be responsible for overseeing the execution of diverse testing phases and methodologies for the PQGC rollout. This pivotal leadership role requires collaboration with multiple teams, including Project Management Office (PMO), vendors, technology departments, process streams, and global teams. In addition to ensuring effective test execution, the position entails coordinating readiness assessments, reporting, risk management, and implementing testing strategies.

Supported by vendor resources, the Senior Testing Manager will manage various testing types, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and others. Responsibilities also encompass overseeing testing for technical initiatives such as upgrades and migrations.

The Senior Testing Manager for PGT PQGC will spearhead global strategies, enhance processes, and guarantee the delivery of high-quality testing assets throughout all phases, including automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and align testing strategies with project specifications and global standards.
  • Oversee test preparation, including team development and readiness tracking.
  • Lead test planning efforts, including resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Localize testing documentation standards and tools.
  • Manage test and defect reporting processes.
  • Utilize global resources to prepare test cases and scenarios.
  • Ensure traceability of requirements and manage the defect resolution process.
  • Develop essential test deliverables and manage reporting through ADO.
  • Supervise automation teams and support regression testing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance testing quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external partners for test cycles.
  • Ensure quality assurance across all testing phases.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Expected compensation range: $114,700 - $192,100.
  • Additional compensation based on performance metrics.
  • Paid time off along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or test management, particularly with SAP deployments.
  • Proven experience in SAP projects and lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong understanding of SAP release management and its various modules.
  • Experience managing diverse testing types and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in test management tools such as Microfocus ALM.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications in SAP Logistics/Finance and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in S/4 test management.
