Role Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to fulfill the role of HR Coordinator as we enhance our operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the recruitment process by advertising job vacancies, evaluating resumes, tracking applicants, and coordinating interviews.
  • Engage in the onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of orientation materials.
  • Assist the HR department in maintaining precise employee records and databases.
  • Support the organization and execution of employee training and development initiatives.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including scheduling meetings and managing HR documentation and reporting.
  • Assist with benefits management, including enrollment procedures and responding to employee inquiries.
  • Contribute to pre-employment screening and onboarding processes, such as conducting background checks and drug tests.
  • Generate reports and presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint to analyze HR metrics and trends.
  • Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive HR information with care.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ascertain needs and position specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing roles, processes, and requirements.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
