We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori educator to join our team at Woodbridge Montessori Academy of Ro. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our young students.

Job Summary

This is a full-time and part-time position requiring love, patience, and respect for children. The successful candidate will encourage independence, model appropriate manners and behaviors, and design individualized lesson plans to cater to each child's unique needs.

Responsibilities
  • Create engaging and interactive learning experiences aligned with the Montessori philosophy
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that promote self-confidence, curiosity, and creativity
  • Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy classroom environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for working with children
  • CPR & First Aid Certification or ability to obtain certification
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
