Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial stability and growth.

  • Perform HR functions, including payroll, PTO tracking, and new hire paperwork.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, with a focus on AR and AP management.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software, expense management software, and payroll software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing financial controls.
Compensation:

The base salary for this position is $110,000-$115,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses. Health insurance is not currently offered, but stipends will be provided for individual or family health insurance.
