The base pay for this position is $23.00/hour, providing a competitive compensation package that reflects our commitment to fair and transparent wages.

We're seeking a skilled Package Delivery Associate to join our team as an Independent Courier. As a member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering packages throughout your community, connecting with customers along the way while driving your own vehicle.

• Deliver packages safely and efficiently within assigned areas
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and communicate with customers as needed
• Ensure compliance with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A valid driver's license in the state where you reside
• No experience necessary; training provided
• Lift up to 70 pounds
• Registration and minimum State insurance required for personal vehicles used for deliveries
