About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tower Foreman to join our team at MasTec Communications Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading the daily site construction work efforts to ensure the crew meets production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and enforce MasTec Communications Group's Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, including OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI.
  • Oversee daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including daily paperwork and closeout documentation.
  • Coordinate with customer representatives and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to crew members.
  • Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained.
  • Validate daily timesheets and serve as a mentor to new technicians.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of industry experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of construction skills, rigging, safety, and industry regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, and construction drawings.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to climb towers, lift 50 pounds, and work up to 12 hours.
