Position Overview

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time/PRN opportunities with shifts primarily during the day (7AM-7PM).

Incentives

Join us and benefit from a SIGN-ON BONUS of $3,000 for Full-Time employees and $1,000 for Part-Time staff. Additionally, enjoy shift differentials of up to $5 more per hour.

At Peak Resources Brookshire, we are committed to maintaining low CNA-to-resident ratios to ensure exceptional patient care. Typically, our CNAs manage an assignment of one CNA to 8-12 residents during the day shift, which allows for personalized and skilled care.

We are a leading provider of nursing home, memory care, and assisted living services in North Carolina, dedicated to creating a serene and supportive environment that prioritizes the well-being and happiness of our residents.

Key Responsibilities

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing routine daily nursing care and services as per the resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Collaborating with the Nursing Team to ensure high-quality care.
  • Performing administrative duties as required.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Respect, courtesy, and dignity towards all residents.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • A current, unencumbered certification as a Nursing Assistant in North Carolina.
  • The ability to maintain a safe environment for all individuals in the workplace.
