**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental health conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including psychiatric evaluations and physical exams, to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Prescribe and manage medications, as well as provide education to patients and their families on medication management and side effects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.

**Requirements:**

  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) in North Carolina.
  • Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
