Key Responsibilities:- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience and provide expert advice on guitar maintenance and repair.
- Service customer-owned instruments with precision and care, using your skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Guitar Center products and sales techniques to effectively train and advise customers.
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
