Optical Advisor

The Eye Care Advisor plays a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences at EssilorLuxottica. This position requires a strong customer service focus, with the ability to provide accurate and thorough information about products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all patients receive the highest quality care.
• Deliver accurate and thorough information about products and services, including lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision, lifestyle, and budgetary needs.
• Perform pre-examination testing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide coaching and guidance to patients on the care and handling of contact lenses.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and optical products.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong basic math skills and familiarity with cash registers, computers, and calculators.

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, and/or optical.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
