About the Role

The Director of Expansion will be responsible for driving business growth through new market development, sales opportunities, and providing end-to-end customer sales and account management. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and coach diverse teams to achieve sales goals and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and coach diverse teams to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Meet or exceed assigned selling quota responsibility while leading a team.
  • Drive the performance of Sales Professionals within assigned regions through sales support, metrics analysis, and ongoing training.
  • Support, advise, coach, and mentor sales team members on all aspects of their roles, including internal and external resources to stay current on industry trends, best practices, and competitive information.
  • Manage Sales Professionals to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed regional and corporate-set goals, working with leadership on goal alignment.
  • Identify individual and team training needs to ensure sales success and professional development of team members.
  • Define and proactively drive KPIs with a focus on new business opportunities.
  • Create visibility to generate and manage leads to increase sales funnel size and quality.
Requirements
  • 5 or more years of experience as a B2B managerial sales professional.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a B2B sales role, ideally with career progression.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize customer needs, recognize constraints, and deliver on promises.
  • Experience using various technology platforms to drive effective decisions.
