Responsibilities
  • Assist in related documentation and communication.

Qualifications
  • Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Home Health setting (preferred but not required).
  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
