- Associates degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current Physical Therapist Assistant licensure.
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in a Home Health setting (preferred but not required).
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and CPR certification required.
- Paid at $35.00/Hr.
- Flexible Schedule.
