Responsibilities:

As a Senior Product Manager at Gable, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy and execution of our data communication and change management platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and owning the product roadmap, aligning it with the company's strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver high-impact features and enhancements.
  • Leading market research and gathering customer insights to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Driving the go-to-market strategy, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products, preferably in the data or enterprise software space.
  • A proven track record of managing complex products from ideation to launch, with a strong ability to balance technical details with user experience.
  • A deep understanding of data management best practices, including data quality and observability.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
