Role Overview
In this pivotal position, you will take on a leadership role, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team as both a direct care provider and a clinical authority. You will be responsible for developing and executing practice protocols, actively participating as a vital member of the clinical pathway team, and upholding the established standards of care through staff development, clinical enhancement initiatives, and patient/staff education.

Essential Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in the designated nursing specialty.
  • Current, unrestricted licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Georgia.
  • American Heart Association BLS Certification is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in a Clinical Specialty.
