We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fashion Stylist to join our team at KnitWell Group. As a Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate brand ambassador, creating authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey by offering personalized styling recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including fabrics, textures, and styles.
• Offer personalized styling recommendations to customers, taking into account their individual tastes and preferences.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that all displays and fixtures are well-stocked and merchandised effectively.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
