Logistics Coordinator

Agriland FS is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage logistics, maintain inventory, process orders, and dispatch lubricants, greases, DEF, and coolants. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze data and problem solve.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and resupply warehouses as needed.
• Dispatch route trucks for efficient logistics while prioritizing deliveries.
• Communicate supply outages and alternatives to internal and external customers.
• Process orders, maintain records, and reconcile invoices for accuracy.
• Aggregate customer orders to reduce carrier costs.
• Set reorder points and create processes for products.
• Manage customer inventory and communicate logistics information.

• A two-year degree in business or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Potential to learn product specifications and applications.
• Experience in logistics and routing LTL trucks preferred.
• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment with interruptions and distractions.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills.
