  • Participate in and receive resident reports at the start and end of each shift.
  • Facilitate and conduct activities that promote resident engagement and socialization.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including their living spaces and common areas.
  • Assist with preparing residents for various activities and outings.
  • Ensure that all resident care is provided in a dignified and respectful manner.
  • Perform basic nursing care procedures, such as taking vital signs and administering medications.
  • Document resident care and activities in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
  • Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of employment.
