Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automated control systems preferred.
  • Tools: Familiarity with hand and power tools, precision measurement instruments, and maintenance software.
  • Communication: Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.
