We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Rutland Regional Medical Center.
About the RoleThis position involves advocating for patients, families, and caregivers, as well as providing high-quality patient care and support. As a key member of our nursing team, you will use your clinical expertise and evidence-based knowledge to promote health and well-being across the healthcare continuum.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions in complex situations. You should also be knowledgeable about professional nursing standards and practices, with a passion for delivering exceptional care and promoting positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans to address physical, emotional, and social requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and achieve shared goals.
- Document accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Accredited school of nursing graduate (BSN preferred).
- Prior nursing experience (desired).
- Licensed in Vermont.
- AHA BLS Certification.
- Required unit-specific certifications.
Compensation
- Salary range: $34.52 - $58.40 per hour.
