Lead Montessori Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate educator to join our team as a Lead Montessori Teacher at Step by Step Montessori of Corcoran. As a key member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students while advancing your own career.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, promoting cognitive, social, and emotional development in our students.
  • Plan innovative learning activities that foster a love of learning and encourage children to reach their full potential.
  • Assess and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth and development.

Your Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience as a Lead Teacher with a strong background in Montessori education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Education preferred)
  • Experience working in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and adhere to the Montessori philosophy is essential
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with parents and colleagues
  • Patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
