Job OverviewWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative and Vehicle Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service while maintaining the high standards of vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, fueling, and washing vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and other basic maintenance items are completed.
- Contribute to a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety policies and guidelines.
- Broaden your skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires, replacing or rotating tires, and performing preventive maintenance repairs.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior work experience is also considered.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- The ability to work well as part of a team and adapt to changing situations is vital.
- The associate must be able to safely operate heavy equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to follow instructions and guidelines are also required.
- Competitive estimated salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
- Shift premiums apply after 11 am or on weekends (extra $2.00 per hour).
