Position Overview

This position is for a Head of Water Treatment and Recycling Operations at Select Water Solutions. You will be instrumental in managing the strategic, legislative, contractual, and technical dimensions of the division and areas concerning water treatment and recycling. Your role will involve collaboration with various stakeholders, including source right owners, regional and divisional management, and clients. This position entails supporting regional operations, driving business growth, engaging with clients, and formulating future development strategies. Field visits will be necessary to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading initiatives to foster a robust safety culture across the service line in the region.
  • Direct accountability for profit and loss, balance sheets, and budgets within the service line.
  • Ensuring adherence to both internal and external regulations and policies.
  • Working closely with regional functions to ensure timely delivery of information related to transactions.
  • Assisting regional sales initiatives and planning for company facilities.
  • Building and maintaining direct relationships with regional clients.
  • Effectively communicating regional and company strategies to align service line personnel.
  • Providing comprehensive reports to the Region Vice President regarding ongoing and future operations.
  • Collaborating with Service Line Vice Presidents to enhance market penetration and profitability.
  • Planning and developing personnel within the regional service line.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business unit management.
  • Possess 7-10 years of experience in the oil and gas sector.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with oil and gas field infrastructure and fluid handling services.
  • Hold a valid driver's license and be qualified to operate company vehicles.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Business applications.
  • Exhibit strong communication, customer service, and energy service management skills.
  • Have the capability to lead diverse teams towards shared objectives.
  • Be organized, adaptable, and able to work effectively under pressure.
