Physical Therapist

Team Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with the goal of helping them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility.
Responsibilities
• Evaluate new patients to understand their current medical and emotional situations and develop plans of care.
• Treat patients and set measurable, functional goals, addressing pain management and educating patients on treatment options and home exercises.
• Supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients and assist with general setup and cleanup duties.
• Monitor and re-evaluate patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals as needed.
• Determine when to discharge patients, teaching them proper mechanics, ergonomics, and strategies to reduce future incidents.
• Write timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
• Achieve a reasonable level of productivity, participating in research studies and developing protocols for common diagnoses.
• Give input on policies, procedures, and strategy to ensure high-quality care across Team Rehabilitation clinics.
• Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Stay updated in the latest research and techniques, attending company in-house CEUs and using continuing education allowances to attend seminars, workshops, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
• Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapy License
