We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a travel Home Health Physical Therapist in Crossett, Arkansas.
Job Summary:This is a 13-week contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. As a travel Home Health Physical Therapist, you will provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients in their homes.
Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Active Professional licensure within the state
- 1 year of recent experience within this specialty
- BLS/ACLS Certification from the American Heart Association
- 13 week contracts available with possibility to extend
- Overtime and Loyalty bonuses
- License and certification reimbursements
- Up to $500 travel reimbursement paid out first check
