Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products. You'll work closely with our General Manager to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Work closely with our General Manager to drive sales growth and implement new initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recruit, train, and develop our restaurant team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
