Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Yard Switcher to join our team at Capstone Logistics. As a Yard Switcher, you will be responsible for loading and unloading freight, operating equipment, and performing other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading freight by hand and with equipment
  • Operating equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Performing other duties as assigned by site leadership

Requirements:

  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but not required
