The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and monitoring budgets, forecasting workforce needs, and computing Earned Value across diverse funding streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and managing cost baselines for programs.
  • Performing Earned Value analysis and variance assessments utilizing various enterprise tools, including EFS and SAP.
  • Conducting Estimate at Complete (EAC) evaluations and preparing detailed analyses and recommendations for presentation to leadership.
  • Collaborating on proposal actions and compliance checks with engineering teams.
Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or four (4) years with a master's degree.
  • Background in finance or related fields.
  • Eligibility to obtain a Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in budget and cost management.
Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management and proposal experience on Department of Defense contracts.
  • Understanding of Lockheed Martin's Program Performance Management Process (PPMP) and experience with EFS, SAP, and Tableau.
  • Multifunctional and multidisciplinary experience in Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Knowledge of business management principles.
  • Experience supporting engineering and technology from a business perspective.
  • Background in the defense industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to drive results with a self-starter attitude and structured problem-solving approach.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, database management, and reporting.
